This apartment complex is situated close to the town centre and the tourist area of Playa de los Pocillos. Renovated in 2004, the complex lies on a main road and comprises a 3-storey main building and a 2-floor annexe block. It provides 85 apartments set amidst 3, 000 m² of gardens.
