The reception is open 24 hours. In reception there is an area with vending machines, hot drinks (coffee, tea) cold (soft drinks, water).

Money exchange, tour bookings, car hire, towels, safety deposit boxes, laundry service, medical assistance, etc. In front of the resort there is a supermarket with all kinds of products at good price.

It has two swimming pools located at different levels with two waterfalls feature and a children's area, heated to a minimum of 22°C throughout the year. They are surrounded by well kept and attractive gardens. To be respectful of the environment, the hot water around the complex is mainly supplied by solar energy.

Internet available at reception and there is also WIFI coverage in all apartments.

Nico's Restaurant in Parque Tropical offers a full a la carte menu with daily specials, fresh fish daily, Canarian dishes and tapas. Nico's is quickly gaining a reputation as one of the best restaurants in Puerto del Carmen.

The pool bar offers a wide range of drinks and a variety of hot and cold snacks. There is also a pool table, nights of music and barbecue.
