All with TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning (for a fee).AMENITIES IN THE APARTMENT:

Elevator, swimming pools for adults and children (30/05-15/09 subject to modification by the community of neighbours of the building), possibility of renting a parking space (10€/day direct payment). All kinds of services nearby.INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Equipment (except general linen), water, gas, electricity (except long stays in winter), cleaning on arrival and departure and use of the pool.NOT INCLUDED:

Possibility of renting bed linen at reception 6€/set/stay, direct payment. Towels for rent (25€ set of 5 shower towels, direct payment in cash). Cots for rent (7€/day direct payment). Possibility of renting air conditioning at reception 10€/day direct payment.**For stays of 7 nights or more, from October to May, electricity is not included. The client will be billed upon departure, according to the meter reading.
