Union Studio

Description

Our Unión studio is brand new as it has just been recently renovated. It is cozy and it is located in a very good area of Malaga. You can walk to the center, to the beach and you have a supermarket, restaurants and bars nearby. There is public transport, both bus and metro, almost at the door. Plaza de la Merced is half an hour's walk away, Huelin beach is about 1200m away and the port of Malaga is 1.5 km away. For a day of shopping, Larios shopping center is 700m away and CC Vialia is at the train station (600m). It is on a pedestrian street so traffic noise is not bothersome.
The studio is 40m2, all equipped with its Smart TV, WiFi, its bathroom with shower, a full kitchen with oven/microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, etc.

Note:
Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day
Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.
Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:
Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
