'These south-facing tourist apartments in Benidorm offer sunny balconies with town views. The 20-story building houses eighty one-bedroom apartments, each accommodating up to four guests with two single beds and a double sofa bed. A fitted kitchen includes a hob, fridge, toaster, and utensils. Apartments also feature a fully equipped bathroom, a lounge/diner with national/international TV, a safe (local charge), and a terrace. Sheets, blankets, and towels (not for pool/beach use) are provided and changed according to the length of stay. Each apartment measures approximately 43 m². Laundry and ironing services are available, and cots can be reserved for babies. Upon arrival, a refundable cash deposit of €50/person (minimum €150) is required. '
