The reception is open every day from 10 a. m. to 6 p. m. on the Main Floor of the building. To better coordinate your check-in, we would appreciate it if you contact the reception to indicate your arrival time. If your arrival is outside these hours, please contact the hotel reception and they will provide you with access instructions to your room/apartment. The official check-in time is 3:00 p. m. If you arrive earlier and your room/apartment is not ready, we can store your luggage for you to enjoy the city while we finish preparing it.
