The complex includes parking, shops, and restaurants, subject to the residents' association's rules and hours. A credit card is required as a deposit, and pets are welcome for a €10/day supplement. Key collection is at Plaza de la Señoría 2; please contact us for late arrivals. Payment is due at check-in. If arriving after key collection hours, pre-payment is required. The key collection office is closed on weekends and bank holidays (except during summer). Linens and towels are changed every 7 days. Optional paid services include daily or weekly laundry and parking. Reception hours are 10 am-2 pm and 4 pm-8 pm, daily.
