1. Office: Fincas Benidorm (Avenida de Madrid Nº23)

• Office hours:


• Monday to Friday: 10:00-14:00 / 16:00-19:00.


• Saturdays: 10:00-13:00.

2. Outside Office Hours (Until 3:30 AM at the latest):

• Monday to Friday: 19:30-3:30 AM at Apartamentos Don Gregorio (Avenida de Roma Nº8).


• Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: 16:30-3:30 AM, also at Apartamentos Don Gregorio.

Deposit (Security Deposit)

• Only with Visa/Mastercard (no cash or other cards).


• Amount: €200-€250 (preauthorization).


• Release: Up to 1 week after check-out if the apartment is left in good condition.


• Without a deposit on a card, access to the apartment will not be granted, and 100% of the reservation cost will be lost.
