These apartments are located in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, just across the road from a small sandy bay and only 800 m from the main beach of Puerto del Carmen. A good selection of bars and restaurants, nightlife spots, shops and public transport links that can be found in the vicinity. The complex is a 20-minute drive from Timanfaya National Park and Arrecife Airport is 10 km away. This apartment hotel features a garden, a children's playground, a café, a bar and a à la carte restaurant. Internet access is available and guests can hire bikes from reception. The bright and spacious apartments are comfortably furnished with a perfectly equipped kitchenette and living room area, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace. The complex comprises a large swimming pool, a children's pool and a sun terrace. For an additional fee guests can play tennis and pool. The golf courses are 20 km away.

This recently renovated complex is located just across the road from a small sandy bay and only 800 metres from the main beach and the very heart of Puerto del Carmen though there is a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as a supermarket just outside the apartments. The complex is situated only 10 minutes (with car) from the capital Arrecife and 20 minutes (with car) from the National Park of Timanfaya, the most interesting place on the island. At about 40-45 min drive of the island where there are the "Jameos del Agua", "Cueva de los Verdes" and "Mirador del Rio".

Apartments are bright and spacious in simple white décor and wooden furnishings with one separate bedroom. The accommodation is all electric comfortably furnished with kitchenette and living room area, bathroom and balcony or terrace. Each one is equipped with kitchenette (2 ring electric cooker, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave, etc.), safety deposit facility for rental, satellite television, telephone and hairdryer in bathroom, and balcony or terrace. Maid service 5 times a week.
