Each villa, nestled within a private beachfront area, boasts a private pool and parking. Renovated in 2008, this family-friendly hotel offers 27 rooms across nine villas. Decorated in soothing natural tones, each room features a spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double or king-size bed. The open-plan living area combines a seating area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with a TV, radio, fridge, cooker, and microwave. Individually controlled air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. Guests can enjoy the outdoor saltwater swimming pool and relax on complimentary sun loungers and parasols at the private beach. To reach the hotel from Larnaca Airport, take the motorway towards Ayia Napa-Paralimni. After approximately 40 km, take the Xilofagou exit for Liopetri-Frenaros-Vrisoulles-Potamos. At Liopetriou, turn left twice towards Ayia Thekla. The villas are 800 meters down this road on the right (look for a mini-market on the main road).
