Built in the 17th century, Palazzo Catalani Resort is beautifully set in the Italian countryside, one hour's drive north of Rome. This charming estate with its beautifully manicured gardens offers an idyllic retreat in the delightful medieval village of Soriano nel Cimino. At the resort all rooms include a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a kitchenette, a dining area, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a bath or shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. It features a fitness centre and spa with sauna and whirlpool. Once a noble residence, the property offers apartments with a unique style, many featuring original wood-beamed ceilings. For groceries, guests will find a local supermarket just 400 metres away. A free daily buffet breakfast is included in rates at Palazzo Catalani Resort.

POLCIES: The resort requires a credit card to secure a refundable security deposit of €100 per apartment on check-in. Contact the resort if you will arrive later than 23:59 on day of arrival. Bookings of 5 or more rooms are subject to the separate Terms & Conditions. Special Requests cannot be guaranteed. Adapted rooms are subject to availability. The resort reserves the right to refuse check-in or to terminate your stay where any Guest(s) is displaying anti-social behaviour. Additional fees apply for the use of certain resort facilities. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme, so refurbishments may be taking place at any time. While the resort will keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance. The cleaning schedule may vary depending on the length stay.

Due to the resort´s hillside location, we are unable to offer Guests wheelchair- accessible accommodations. Prior to check-in, please park your car at the bottom of Via Montecavallo and walk to reception. A porter will then accompany you to the car park to collect your luggage (from 8:00 to 19:00).
