The villa, completed in 2009, has a living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, both with beds for 2 people. A modern sauna area, utility room, separate toilet and a covered terrace opening to the south. A tiled fireplace and air-to-air heat pump bring both atmosphere and comfort.

Equipment includes, among other things, internet access (Wi-Fi, 4G), Elisa Viihde service, a garage with a ski maintenance area, a kick sled and sledges. A cot, high chair and potty are available for families with children. There is also a campfire site in the yard.
