The apartments are situated only some 4 km from the centre of San Antonio, in the famous San Antonio Bay. Guests may take advantage of the good bus service and the proximity to the beach (some 200 m away). There are restaurants, bars, pubs and shops within around 50 m of the complex. Ibiza International Airport is around 16 km away.

This is an attractive complex featuring a large terrace with a garden which comprises a total of 24 1-bedroom apartments, and offers guests a cafe, a supermarket and parking. Further facilities available at this establishment include a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, a bar, a restaurant, washing facilities (charges apply) and a bicycle hire service.

Each apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, a large living room with 2 sofa beds, an American kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities as well as a fully fitted bathroom. All apartments are equipped with satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, a safe (with surcharge to be paid directly at the reception) and free Internet access.
