The complex is centrally located in Playa del Inglés, 50 km from the capital Las Palmas. The city centre is around 500 m away. Nearby, around 100 m away, guests will find several shopping and entertainment, dining, pub and nightclub options. The bus stop is about 400 m away and the sandy beach round 1 km away.

The apartment complex was renovated in 2010 and consists of 18 apartments spread over 4 floors. A hotel safe is available to guests.

The apartments are tastefully decorated, are equipped with a bedroom, bathroom with shower, lounge, kitchen, satellite/cable TV (additional charge), safe and balcony. A radio, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and air conditioning are all also provided as standard.

Guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool and a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Sun loungers and parasols can also be rented for a fee on the nearby sandy beach.
