Needs updated.
We had to cut short our stay at Red Pine Condos because of the Coronavirus and with Vail Resorts closing the ski slopes. Our first impression of our apartment was old and dated and smelt like it’s been closed up for a while. The fixtures and fitting must be original and needs replaced. The king bed was too soft without proper support. We wouldn’t stay there again as we didn’t feel that it was up to standard. Sorry!

Mediocre
Don't forget to ask for pool towels because they don't have any stocked. Leave the windows open at night and wear earplugs because there isn't any AC. I gave it a 3 on cleanliness because on of our towels had an unknown stain on it, the floors and table surface wasn't very clean either. The location is great. Pools are awesome except indoor hot tub is broken. Parking was great. Checkin and checkout was quick and easy.

Great place for the price. The office for checking in and out is off site which is kind of different. The downside was that there was no air conditioner, which I didn’t see mentioned on the Expedia website. I did find it after we checked in on the condo website however. I know most people will stay there in the winter so that doesn’t matter as much but we were there in the summer and it was hot. They did provide a lot of fans though.

I've stayed in Red Pine condos a number of times. This one was not as well kept up as some others. There's plenty of space and the layout is quite good to have family time and also to have enough nooks that you can be alone. The location is good and All Seasons was quite helpful

Good location for skiing
We've stayed at Red Pine twice now in different years. This time we booked a deluxe one bed condo whereas previously we booked a standard, but i didn't notice a difference in quality and/or features so I'm not sure why they're listed separately. In fact in terms of light and decoration, I preferred the standard condo we stayed in previously, as it was a nicer environment - although I'm aware that all the condos are privately owned, so tastes in decor vary. As we got the "deluxe" condo on a deal it didn't matter to me - but i wouldn't have wanted to have paid more for it. The condo we had this time was pleasant enough, with a well equipped kitchen (once we found the coffee maker which actually had a jug with it) and was warm and well located. The clubhouse has a pool and two hot tubs plus laundry facilities. It's a good location for skiing, a short walk from the cabriolet lift for the Canyons, and a short walk to a bus stop into Park City. The village is also only a short walk or bus trip away in the evenings (the cabriolet lift shuts at 6pm). We stayed for 11 nights but only got fresh towels on the 8th night, which was a bit odd. There was mention in the literature of a clean halfway through the stay for stays of more than 5 nights, but we didn't get this, I'm not sure why. It didn't particularly bother us, but i would have preferred to have fresh towels at the half way point rather than nearer the end of the stay.

The staff after they give you your keys tell you there is no air conditioning! It's 98 degrees outside and this condo was expensive! We also were woken up on a holiday weekend on a Saturday morning before 8 am with pounding directly above our heads! They were reroofing! We also had rusty water come out of the sink and shower in the upstairs bathroom! This was a horrible family vacation experience! Very disappointed! Even the pool was dirty!

Cute, cozy, rustic, condo, with a cabin like feel.
We were beyond pleasantly surprised with our stay. This particular unit completely fit our needs. We had family staying at the Wyndham in the canyons resort, we had all planned on staying there for thanksgiving. In order to not be crammed, my brothers and I decided to look for something close as there was not enough space. This was a 2 minute drive from where the rest of my family was staying. If we had been there for skiing it's a perfect location too! As it is minutes from the canyons and even closer to the gondola. For how small the unit is, it's the perfect use of space. They call it a 2 bedroom. But it's more like three with the loft area. The main level has a comfortable cozy living room with a fireplace and a small kitchen that is 100% functional. Then the main room- which is spacious and has an attached bathroom. The upstairs has a room with 2 queen beds and a bathroom, then there is a loft area off to the side, also with a queen bed- both overlook the living room, giving it a sense of openness and spaciousness. We needed the kitchen to prepare our contributions for our thanksgiving dinner. It was perfect, stocked with all things needed to cook and bake. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms small but great, and the living room so cozy with a good size fireplace and tv. We just absolutely loved this little place, although it appears to be built in the 70s, it is still very cute and inviting, we can tell. the owners maintain it well. Thank you for the great experience.

You get what you pay for
My biggest complaint was that it took me about a 90 minutes to get into the condo after a really long day. Picking up the keys was off-site, the code to get my keys at the after hours kiosk did not work so I had to call an after hours guy, and then I wasn't given the key code to get into the condo. I think I started the process about 9:30pm and was finally in my condo around 11. Very frustrating. The directions supplied to the condo were ok, but it was dark and I walked around like a creeper trying to figure out if I had the right building. Inside, it was very underwhelming, but I was so pooped I just wanted to sleep. Bathroom was pretty old and unpleasant. TV in the main room wasn't working. Kitchen was fine, but I didn't use it. All in all -- it wouldn't be something I would do again.

We stayed for a week long ski trip and found our unit to be very comfortable. It had a nice gas fireplace, comfortable beds and was fairly well stocked. Our unit didn't have a blow dryer or toaster, which we really needed. It was situated in front of the club house which housed a nice heated pool and jacuzzi. An easy 5 minute walk got us to the Cabriolet, the lift which quickly takes you straight up to Canyons village directly in front of the ski lift. In 5 to 10 minutes in either direction gets you to shopping and restaurants, including Main St. in historical Park City. Not super fancy but really nice. One downside is the unit doesn't have its own laundry, but there's one in the clubhouse. Also the units are individually owned, so one could vary greatly from another. We would definitely stay here again!

Red Pine Condominiums, Park City Utah
My family recently stayed at the Red Pine Condominiums, Park City, Utah for the Christmas holidays. It was lovely and we had a great time in general. However, on Christmas morning, I sustained an injury on the bottom of my foot when walking into the kitchen, on the metal transition strip that separated the living room carpet and the kitchen linoleum. One of the grommets had holding down the transition strip was not tacked down completely on the right end. It caught the bottom of my sock, taking a chuck of flesh with it. I was really bummed that I wasn't able to ski with my family, due to the cut on the bottom of my foot, which was the whole purpose of the trip.

Roomy, fun, just like home
The upstairs loft has room for four people in two rooms. There are openings in the walls, so it is not as private as rooms. Both rooms share one bathroom which is in the first room. So the people in the second room have to enter the first bedroom to access the bathroom. If privacy is an issue, be forewarned. However, it is a great "slumber party" atmosphere for friends and kids. The stairs to the upstairs loft bedrooms are also very steep. The downstairs bedroom has an attached vanity with a door separating it from the bathtub/shower and toilet. There is also an extra vanity/sink next to the kitchen that can also access the bath/toilet. LOVED the fireplace, view, spaciousness. Can't beat the location, fresh air, beautiful scenery! Highly recommend as long as privacy/stairs are not an issue.

Dumpy condo, outdated and no working door code
We were not happy with the staff or our condo. The condo was a dump, trash was all over the table when we came in. Our door code would not work had to call 5 min after checking in. The door code kept getting changed by staff and locking us out each day. A real inconvenience with luggage and rain storm. The condo had no porch furniture, so we had to drag kitchen chairs out to sit outside. Cheap. Pool was also filled with leaves etc. not clean. When I turned the keys in I notified the staff person and was told to use her name when booking next time and the phone reps would know to give me a good condo. What???? What kind of customer service is that. You have to endure a crummy stay and complain to get an insider track on getting a "good" condo? No thanks! I'm a paying customer that should have been given a "good" condo to start with. That response is unacceptable and put a nail in the coffin for me ever booking here again or with any All Season's property. I've been an All Seasons customer for many years, and have never been more disappointed and dissatisfied! You just lost a customer for life. I have booked family vacations and big group parties for a retreat. Never again. So unimpressed and down right appalled about this shameful customer service philosophy. 😞😡

These old condos are set in a great location. It's amazing how much trouble it is to get on a chairlift from here. You can practically see the lift but you need to drive or walk an uncomfortable distance; there really needs to be a shuttle service. Apparently there's no incentive to upgrade these rooms, they fill a niche of low budget rooms close to Canyons resort and will rent no matter what shape they are in. Hot water wasn't adequate and the rooms were tacky. The location is great however and the neighborhood nice and quiet. These places are all about saving some money.

Not only did no one show, when we ran into the maintenance man as we were leaving the property, he said he'd never received any message. Red Pine advertises wi-fi in the condos, but it's a false advertising. There is none. On check out, the woman behind the counter obviously couldn't have cared less. Spacious condo within a block of Canyons gondola
We booked a trip out to Park City for a conference that was happening at the Hyatt Escala Lodge in the Canyons resort. Initially, I went to book a room associated with the conference. All they had left were suites for over $500 per night. I knew I could do better and searched online for a better deal. Right away, the Red Pine Condos popped up. For $250 a night, we would be able to sleep 6 people comfortably. I was a tad nervous as some of the reviews were pretty negative. But I decided to give it a shot due to proximity to the conference. When we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our unit had a code to unlock the door, so keys were not necessary. This was nice, considering we would have 5 people coming and going at all hours. The unit had new looking hardwood floors in the foyer and living room. There was a nice gas fireplace that was on when we came in and made the place warm and cozy. The kitchen was smallish but had new cabinets, granite counter tops and slate tile flooring. The beds were very comfortable and each room's decor was homey. The only thing holding me back from giving this place 5 stars were the bathrooms. While they were clean, they definitely could use an update to elevate them in line with the rest of the condo. There was a nice clubhouse just across the street from our unit which featured 2 hot tubs, a heated pool and sauna. We definitely took full advantage of the hot tub. I would be happy to stay here again!

The condo was pretty nice, nothing spectacular about it. We had a couple problems that left us with an overall bad feeling about the place. The check in process was not obvious and we were sent to a unit that was permanently occupied by the owner. Kind of an annoying way to start the trip. Then the upstairs toilet was leaking for who knows how long causing a bubble of water in the drywall beneath it. They made the repairs over the next couple of days and we came home to drywall, tools, and power chords all over the condo.

The room was clean but very old - blinds did not work on most of the windows, bathroom towel racks fell off when towels were placed on them. The blinds were a particular issue given that the unit did not have A/C and our visit was during the summer. The room was upstairs from a permanent resident who did not take kindly to having weekend guests. Beds were old and uncomfortable as was the bedding in general. No cable or Wi-Fi.

Convenient and good family layout
Our condo with the two bedrooms on loft plus master down was roomy and decent. Small bed in master. Good space for families especially with 12 & 14 year old kids who need to spread out. Our condo was a little outdated as saw inside other condos which seemed more nicely decorated, but overall comfortable. No wireless internet as thought which in today's world was a nuisance. Only one TV in the condo which given the layout and had teenagers, was not enough. The cable also was terrible and had few stations and poor reception going in and out constantly. Convenient to the Canyon's resort, slopes and all amenities. Used the clubhouse which was overall clean but one hot tub was broken so working one was very crowded.

It worked.
Overall it's clean, comfortably sized, reasonably priced and well located. On the downside, the creaky constuction and open layout leave no mystery as to what my family of four was doing at any time. Also, the mattresses display the lumps and bumps of many years of service and could stand to be replaced. However, we didn't come here to spend a lot of time indoors. We came here to ski so it was perfect. The kids had no complaints.

ski canyons ut
little things, lights not working, toilet runs and runs, no salt and pepper, had to have a car - no place was close enough to walk. but good pool, hot tub and sauna. quiet and spacious one BR. was convenient to the slopes. inexpensive for the space and location, probably would spring for a better place so i could leave the car parked more.

Great experience
Reading the reviews I was afraid to book this hotel, but it turned out to be a great experience after all. Hoping that the quality of a 1bed+loft is better we booked a 1 bedroom + loft, even though it was only two of us. We got unit O7, and it was just great: clean, well-equiped kitchen, modern and new furniture, 3 TVs throughout the unit.... The unit would have comfortably fit 6 people with 2 king and 2 double beds. We ended up only using the lower part. Great deal if you buy it together with the plane tickets.

Just okay-needs amenities!
This condo was sparse. No wifi, no humidifier, very low light/dark, fireplace didn't work. If you are looking for a great getaway with accommodations, this is not the place. Our friends rented directly thru the Owner and had a fabulous townhouse. No instructions on how to get the keys/code were sent. Rental office is in a different location. Luckily I called first while in route. We got in late and the address in the confirmation email sent was wrong. The gal who answered the call was very helpful and stayed late to make sure we arrived to the condo and got in. She had to call the owner to get the new code. Location is walking distance to the Cabriolet and bus stop that takes you to the base of Canyon mountain. Since we didn't rent a car this was convenient. That's about it.

We had to call twice before they brought us trash bags, toilet paper and clean towels. They advertised shuttle service and then said they did not have it Thursday, Friday and Saturday. No instructions for the TV, my husband is a TV addic. The price was good, but I will consider other amenities before I book another room at Red Pine condo.

Overall well worth the money spent
My boyfriend and I arrived at the condo around 7 pm, after hour pick up requires an offsite check in and a call to their main hotel office for a code key for the door. The condo was nice and clean, the kitchen was nicely equipped and updated. There was a nice fire place. It was a cold weekend in Park City and the condo was very cold when we arrived, the heat was not on and after 2 1/2 hours of it not warming up we called and had to have a repair man come out and take a look. He wasn't sure how our unit was heated so he left a space heater which malfunctioned and didn't end up heating the bedroom so we slept on the pull out sofa in the living room in front of the fire. My only real complaint was the bath tub, the personal I spoke with said he'd upgraded our room and being that there was no available pool or hot tub on the grounds I assumed that meant a tub that a person could fit in. Overall it's a nice hotel.

Condo was very comfortable, clean and neat. The only thing that was missing was coffee for the coffee pot otherwise the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with pans, dishes and utensils.

Romantic Get Away
We had a great time and loved the condo. Very clean.. Everything we needed was there and the staff was very accomodating. Was a nice, quiet romantic get-a-way and we enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for a great time!!

Just right for a family of six
The family loved this location and the amenities afforded here. The worst complaints? The kitchen was low on salt and wi-fi was only available in the clubhouse. The best thing was the selection of old VHS tapes (the kids enjoyed Star Wars and Matilda). The comfy beds had clean sheets. We liked the heated pool, hot tub and sauna. Don't expect anything too fancy and you'll be pleased too.

Great location if skiing at canyons or park city.. the heat is only from the fireplace which made it so dry my son and i had to snort water and open a window.. Otherwise for the price it was good .. I will probably spend a little more and stay somewhere else next time.

Will not recommend to a friends.
The condo we stayed is really out of date, everything is so dark and old, very dreadful and depressing. Sofa bed is uneven, beddings are thin, blanket looks dirty. Hot water tank is so small to provide enough hot water for two people to take shower. We stayed 7 nights, no cleaning at all, even don't have a mid week cleaning. The club house is the only good thing about this place. Will not recommend to a friends.

Love the Red Pine Condo - We'll be back!
I was very pleased with our stay at the Red Pines Condo. The place was perfect for our family and we loved the lay-out. The staff was easy to deal with and we had no real problems. There was a big of confusion when we checked in because they wrote the wrong unit number on our paperwork, so our code didn't work to access the room. However, when I expressed our frustration with that (because it was late at night and cold), they immediately offered me a gift card for a nearby restaurant, which I appreciated. My only advice and what I will do next time, is ask for a unit closer to the main road where the gondola is - our unit was quite a long trek from there and I was happy we had a car!! Other units are very close.

Nice
At first I was upset that I got just one bed. When I booked the room I was told it would have 1 queen bed, two full beds and two twin beds. When I got there, there was only one bed. I called the front desk and immidiately they gave me another condo with three rooms and 4 beds. It was ok, It could use deep cleaning. It was very confortable. I did red the reviews prior to booking the trip so I knew I needed to call ahead and ask for directions to get the keys. Its on the way there. Very easy symple process. It was very nice for my family ,as we wanted to feel at home and cook meals. Its a nice quiet area during this time.

Red pine condo
Descent place to stay, But worst place to book because you have to go to another site to get the keys for the condos. Making it very inconvenience when traveling since we have to go off to another location to get the keys. Also prior to booking, it should list that you need to go off site for keys because I didn't know that at first. Lucky some ppl in the shuttle told me that I had to go pick up the keys else where.

Unbeatable location for the price
The Condo was better than we could have hoped. Within walking distance to the Canyons Ski Resort. Very quiet surroundings. Really nice office staff.
