THE BOC SUITES offers modern, fully furnished studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments in Palma de Mallorca. Our aim is to provide an experience beyond traditional accommodation, combining comfort and lifestyle.

  Children are welcome.

  
  


• 
  

  Pets are welcome (with prior approval). They must not be left alone in the apartment.

  100% smoke-free environment, including e-cigarettes. Smoking only permitted on terraces. Fine: €200.

  
  


• 
  

  Zero tolerance for drug use. Guests will be asked to vacate the apartment. Authorities may be notified.

  
  


• 
  

  Entry of unregistered persons is not allowed. Fine: €200.

  
  


• 
  

  Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 23:00–08:00. Fine: €200.

  
  


• 
  

  The apartment must be returned in good condition. Any damages or misuse will be charged to the credit card on file.

  
  


• 
  

  Do not move furniture or remove items from the apartment. Bath towels are for indoor use only.

  
  


• 
  

  Beach towels are available with 24-hour notice and a €30 deposit.

  
  


• 
  

  Weekly cleaning is included. Linen and towel changes available every three days upon request. Cleaning hours: 11:00–14:00.

  
  


• 
  

  Additional cleaning is available on request. Cleaning tools are available in the kitchen.

  
  


• 
  

  Please ventilate the apartment and use the extractor fan when cooking.

  
  


• 
  

  Do not pour food down the sink; bins for organic waste, recycling and oil are provided.

  Do not flush hygiene products down the toilet; use the bins provided.

  
  


• 
  

  THE BOC SUITES is not responsible for lost personal belongings.

  A self check-in machine is available to scan all guest documents.

  
  


• 
  

  You must pay the eco-tax (tourist tax), mandatory for all guests over 16: €1. 10 per person/night (Nov–Apr), €4. 40 (May–Oct).

  
  


• 
  

  After registration and payment, the machine will issue the key and indicate the apartment number via ticket or email.
