Servatur Terrazamar & Sun Suite has 306 apartments (10 of them equipped for handicapped), each of approx. 80 m2, whereof 40 m2 are terraces to enable you to fully enjoy our enviable climate. Once you are unpacked and comfortably installed you will appreciate the calm atmosphere obtained thanks to a delicate and functional decoration based on pastel colours and harmonious lines.

They are equipped in a way that you will feel at home immediately: telephone, independent bedroom (twin beds with latex mattresses), sitting room with TV (parabolic antenna), convertible sofa-bed and ventilator. Independent kitchen equipped with nice and practical cupboards, fridge, microwave oven, two ceramic cooking rings, coffemaker, kettle, toaster, a dinner service, glassware, pots and pans, etc. The bathroom with shower, electrical water heater and hair dryer. Servatur Terrazamar & Sun Suite is lying half way up the hill on the sunny side of the valley of Puerto Rico and is built in terraces in order to allow a splendid panorama-view over the whole area.

The complex is about 300 m. from the new shopping centre area, medical centers, tourist information office, sports installations and an aqua park nearby. 200 m. away you will find a bus stop from where you can go by regular buses to, for instance, Las Palmas (70 km.), the airport of Gran Canaria (50 km.), Maspalomas or charming little villages in the interior of the island.

The famous beach of Puerto Rico is about 1200 m. from the complex and here you may practice all kinds of water sports or take part in exciting boat excursions.
