Description

If you want a simple base in the centre of Puerto Rico, the Altair Apartments are ideal. Tucked up a hillside, theyre a five-minute walk down steps to the shops, bars and restaurants of the town centre. The sandy beach is a few minutes on from there, too. And if you dont want to tackle the steps back up, cabs are easily available and pretty cheap.

As for the apartments, theyve been recently refurbished. The finished look is simple and modern, with whitewashed walls and laminate floors. Balconies are here, too some with side views of the sea and all overlooking the hills behind the town.

Outside, theres a curvy main pool and a childrens pool framed by terraces. A small snack bar wraps things up, with tables and chairs bordering the water.

When it comes to activities, youre welcome to join in the entertainment at the next-door Cala dOr hotel. Were talking daytime quizzes followed by karaoke and shows in the evenings.

Apartment Facilities

All apartments have a kitchenette with electric rings, microwave and fridge, TV at a charge, hairdryer, fan at a charge, shower and balcony. Towels and linen are changed weekly. One bedroom apartments sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults, consisting of a twin bed and sofa bed.
