Partly with sloping ceilings, fully renovated in 2020, simple and comfortable furnishings: living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed (130 cm, length 191 cm), TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. Open gallery, ceiling height 165 - 145 cm, without window with 2 sofabeds (70 cm, length 190 cm). Small, open kitchen in the entrance (4 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, sitting area. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Fridge without freezer. Private entrance. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.

Hiking paths: Baia di Jeranto 2 km, Punta Campanella 200 m, Monte San Costanzo 200 m. Please note: no lift. Not suitable for small children. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Sant'Agata, 5 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
