You will surround yourself with its people and their customs and you will find the most important tourist spots in Malaga just a few minutes walk away: Plaza de la Merced and the Picasso Birthplace Museum are 1.3 km away (16 min walk), La Alcazaba 1.5 km (19 min walk), Malaga Cathedral 1.6 km (20 min walk), the emblematic Muelle Uno 2 km (25 min walk) and La Malagueta Beach 2. 7 km away ( 33 min walk). All these distances are verified with maps.

Renovated and decorated house with an elegant and comfortable style. Located on the ground floor with direct access to the street. Central air conditioning. It has 2 double bedrooms with double beds (1 150 x 190 bed, and 1 160 x 200 bed). 2 full bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. The living room with 55`` Smart TV and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, Italian coffee maker, etc. The house has two patios (1 of 8 m2 and another of 23 m2) both with artificial grass and furniture.

The cot has an additional cost of €5 / day
Baby kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs €10 / day.
The entry time is from 15:00 to 21:00. If you want to register after 9:00 p.m.
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., we offer two options: .1- Pick up the keys at the office at no cost,
2- meet at the reserved apartment. This last service has an extra charge of EUR 50 payable upon arrival.
Please let us know in advance so we can organize ourselves.
You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over the age of 16 will have to sign the police register.
Please, do not forget that we will ask you for a refundable deposit upon your arrival. This deposit will have to be paid by credit card.
