The apartment is in a building with an elevator. It has 3 bedrooms (1 with a 160 x 200 double bed, another bedroom with 2 90 x 200 single beds) and a sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe. The living-dining room has a 55`` Smart TV, a dining area for 6 people, and direct access to the terrace. The full bathroom with shower and glass partition, hair dryer and clothes iron. The fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc.

All bedrooms and living room have hot and cold air split.

The 22 m2 garage space is in the same building.

Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:
Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
