This wonderful apartment is ideal from groups and families, comprising of 3 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 6-8 people.
The main bedroom has 150cm double bed with magnificent views of the beach and port of Málaga. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds of 90cm with great views of La Alcazaba and The Cathedral. All bedroom have not air conditioning, but it has ceiling fan.
The kitchen includes all necessary kitchenware and utility room with iron. There are 2 bathrooms each with bathtub / shower.
The spacious living / dining room has a double sofa bed, table and chairs for 8 people, 50’’ flat screen smart TV and a terrace with table and chairs, where you can enjoy the outstanding views of the Mediterranean, the port, The Alcazaba and The Cathedral.

Without hesitation, we would say that this magnificent 3 bedroom holiday rentals apartment has the best location in Malaga Spain and Costa del Sol. It is located in Avenida Manuel Agustín de Heredia, opposite the port of Málaga and only 400 metres away from the newly built port area Muelle Uno.
In order to go for a dip, take a stroll along the beach or enjoy the delicious fried fish, we recommend La Malagueta beach, which is located just 800 metres away from the apartment.
Calle Larios is only 100 metres away, The Cathedral is 300 metres away, The Alcazaba and The Roman Theatre are only 500 metres away, and Carmen Thyssen Museum is just 500 metres away, etc. The local market of Málaga is located 300 metres away, where you can purchase the best fish and shellfish along the coast.
Opposite the apartment there is a bus stop but if you prefer to take the train, the high-speed train station María Zambrano is only 1km away.

Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:
Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
