Our Dr. Marañon apartment is located in the northern area of Malaga city, very close to the 'La Rosaleda' soccer field and the shopping center with the same name. If you walk for one km along the river side, you will reach the old town of Malaga. It has easy access to the highway and it is not a difficult area to park a car. The Picasso Museum is 1.7km away, the Cathedral of Málaga 1.8km and the port 2km. Malagueta beach is 3km away and Huelin beach is 3.5km from the apartment. There is public transport a few meters from the building. Supermarket, bars, restaurants are close by.
Dr. Marañon apartment has 3 bedrooms. 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, etc Air condition is also provided located in the aisle, which can cool/heat the apartment. There is a bathroom with shower and a terrace. The apartment is on a 4th floor and it has an elevator. It is outside faced, to the street. 42' TV and free WiFi.
Pets are accepted. 30 euros per booking. Ask us about our nice Pet Kit.
Rules: Pets are not allowed to use beds, sofa, etc. Please don´t leave your pet alone in the holiday home and also try to avoid noise.

Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day
Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.
Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:
Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
