Description

This 4 guests apartment is located close to the city center (Picassos birth place: 800m) but away from the crowded areas of Malaga. It is local, which means that you will also have local restaurants and bars to a lower price than the central area. Day at the beach? Enjoy a nice walk down to the Paseo de Parque, take a break at Muelle Uno just beside Malagas port and have a cold drink, coffee or a meal and after you will then reach La Malagueta beach (also with beach bars/restaurants). It is more or less 2km from the holiday home. If you wish to do some shopping, take the Larios Street and its side streets (1,3km) The Picasso Museum is 1km away and Malaga Cathedral, 1,3km Time to visit other places? The commuter train station - Malaga Centro Alameda - brings you to Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Plaza Mayor (one of Malagas biggest shopping centers) and also an easy and cheap way to come and go to the airport. Atarazanas Market is a great place to taste different local food. It is 1,5km from the holiday home.

The apartment with view to a big 'patio' has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a bath tub with shower. 2 balconies, very illuminated and if you arrive by car, no worries about looking for a place to leave it as there is a parking spot with only one floor under the building and it is private. It is included in the price. As it is faced to the patio, it is not noisy. The living room offers air condition and in the bedroom there is a ceiling fan. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, wash machine, coffee machine, microwave, oven, kettle etc. Should you wash clothes, it can dry on the rooftop. This area is just to hang/dry clothes.

Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:
Picking up the keys: access to the apartment with code. We will send it to you the day of arrival.
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
