Description

Our renovated studio for 2 guests has the best location if you wish to have all the interesting places of Malaga close. The Picasso Museum is only 300m away and Malaga Cathedral: 270m If you take a walk down Granada Street, you will have Larios street, the main shopping place (100m) Time for some good gastronomy? Take a walk to the Atarazanas Market (650m) Want to enjoy a day at the beach and its restaurants? Playa de la Malagueta (1,5km) If you decide to enjoy a beach day, we recommend to take the walk through 'Paseo de Parque' and on the way back, 'Muelle Uno'. This place is located beside Malaga´s port and it has bars, restaurants and shops. Picassos birth place is located in Plaza de la Merced. Take a picture with him (his statue) It is only 500m from the holiday home and here you also have different kind of restaurants and bars. It is also quite easy to take the train from the station 'Malaga Centro Alameda' if you have time to visit Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, etc. This is the same train that also take you to/from the airport. The station is 1km from the studio.
Capitan Studio is renovated and it has a private patio with table and chair. 1 double bed. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchen is equipped with wash machine, coffee maker, fridge, microwave and oven. Very illuminated as the high windows with balcony have street views.

Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day
Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.
Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:
Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
