Description

A complex of holiday apartments, on accommodation only basis; there is a service of snacks, fast food and coffee from reception. There are 4 types of apartment, (Standard - 50m2 for 2/3 persons, Family ? 75m2 for 3/5 persons. Junior Suite ? 100m2 for 4/6 persons and Suite ? 110m2 for 4/6 persons.) There are large and comfortable public areas, decorated in a modern style; there is also a reunion centre which is suitable for meetings and celebrations for up to 300 people.

Accommodations information

Apartments are large and comfortable, there are studio/standard and one or two bed rooms with capacity to sleep 1 or 2 persons and up to 6 persons in the same apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a complete bathroom. Apartments have everything needed for you to enjoy your stay with crockery and cutlery for the number of persons booked.

Location information

Located on the main street of the urbanization ? Urbanizacion Simon Verde, a residential area of Mairnea del Aljarafe, just 7kms from Seville; next to the natural park ? Parque Natural Periurbano Hacienda porzuna. There are all types of services within easy reach, including the metro which goes to Seville. In Aljarafe de Sevilla: from any direction take exit for Sevilla, Ronda de Circunvalciones SE-30. Head for Huelva/Cadiz, then Coria/Gelves. Once through the tunnel on the right look out for accommodation.
