Roisa Centro Apartments are located a short 700-meter walk from Gran Via Avenue and just 150 meters from the San Bernardo metro station. This makes them an excellent choice for travelers, couples, or families eager to explore this vibrant city. All apartments and studios feature free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, LED TVs, and spacious bathrooms with complimentary toiletries, towels, and hair dryers. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances like a hob, oven, microwave, mini-fridge, and cookware. Some apartments even boast a private balcony or terrace. For stays exceeding six days, a free weekly cleaning service is included, and additional cleaning is available upon request for a fee. The front desk is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available until 1:00 PM for an extra charge of €20. Access is by code, so please contact Roisa Centro via email or phone before arrival. A security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival and is fully refundable upon check-out, pending a damage inspection. Children under two stay free in a cot (upon request and subject to management confirmation). Extra beds or cots are also available upon request. Smoking is not allowed, and parking is subject to availability for an additional fee. Pets are not permitted.
