This apartment complex lies in a large, peaceful park area with plenty of pine trees and is ideal for families with young children. Guests will only be a few minutes away from the beautiful fine-sand beach of Santa Cristina. The town centre, with its plentiful shopping venues, lies only around 20 minutes away. The train station is also about a 20-minute drive from the complex.

This apartment complex comprises a total of 28 apartments situated in two different buildings. Since the town centre is around 3 km away, it is recommended that guests bring their own car or hire one. Each apartment has its own parking space. Younger guests may let off some steam in the children's playground.
You have free service of beach towels, and extra paying service of daily cleanning and Nespresso Coffee Machine.

The well-equipped apartments feature a combined lounge/bedroom with a dining area and a separate bedroom (or two, depending on the type of apartment), as well as an en suite bathroom with bath. Further fittings include satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave and individually regulated heating.
