Completed May 2019, this beautifully finished 45m2 apartment has sauna and private front and back terraces. The living room has a dining table and a sofa bed (120 cm) for two people. The bedroom has a large double bed (180 cm). The bed can be made into two single beds. Well-equipped open-plan kitchen with appliances and a high quality charcoal grill for cooking in the courtyard.
There is a bathroom with toilet and a private electric sauna. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a cooling pump, and is heated with comfortable underfloor heating. If you arrive by boat, the apartment has its own berth on the dock in front of the sauna.
The front and back terraces is partly covered with outdoor furniture, and the back terrace has a barbecue and dining area. For a separate fee of €110 per booking, it is possible to use and enjoy the warmth and relaxation of the outdoor hot tub in the back yard.
There is a communal barbecue area and a 35m2 wood-fired lakeside sauna with lounge. The sauna is shared by all the apartments on the site and is available on a 'mixed' turns; which means it cannot be reserved for private use, but is always available.
Located in the popular Kasnäs area, this holiday home is a great option for a relaxing and varied holiday. In addition, there are many events in the area throughout the year. Kasnäs hosts a number of interesting events in the summer, such as the Siltajuoksu (bridge run) in June, Kasnäs Days in July, Sea Days in August, etc. There is also an 18-hole par-3 Björkas Golf course at Vastanfjärd on Kemiö Island and skiing possibilities at Salon Teijo.
