A townhouse apartment in Kaunispää's Etelärinne I area offers a base for a relaxing holiday at the cottage.

The apartment's kitchen-living room offers the opportunity to spend time with the whole family enjoying the warmth of the fireplace.
From the kitchen, steep stairs (no child gate) lead to the loft.
Access to the balcony with views of the surrounding countryside is from the living room.

The entrance floor has a 140 cm wide double bed.
Sleeping is also possible on the loft, where there are four mattresses.

The apartment also has a sauna, a washroom and a separate toilet.

Pets are welcome at an additional fee.

Final cleaning is included in the price. Bed linen and towels can be ordered separately for an extra charge.

The apartment is equipped with a crockery set, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, an ironing board and a hairdryer.

Skis can be maintained in the communal maintenance room of the building, which has a ski rack and an infrared heater.

There is also a small outdoor storage room for firewood.

Firewood is not included in the price in summer.
