The building has a common use solarium terrace with spectacular views of the Alhambra.There is no better situation in Granada: The Albaizín neighborhood is less than 500 meters away where you can enjoy its typical Andalusian and Moroccan streets and buildings called 'Carmen'.

Double room with double bed, a complete bathroom with shower and glass screen, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to spend your stay with us: microwave, kettle, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. Living room with double sofa bed and flat screen TV.Pets are welcome with an extra charge. Pet kits are also available.Wifi is included. Air conditioning and heating in both living room and bedroom.Parking is available with an extra charge of 20 euros / day.

Check-in hours are from 15:00 to 21:00. Check in can be done with a code at the entrance of the building.Refundable deposit upon arrival by credit card. The law in Granada says that waste can be taken out after 8pm. There is a waste room in the building. Should it be closed or full please find the closest container on the street.The area of the apartment is the historic part of Granada. Note that there are many restaurants and bars.
