In the heart of Glasgow, Glasgow City Flats offers modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Some apartments have balconies and city views, and Glasgow Central Station is within a 10-minute walk. The bright apartments each have a spacious living area with sofas and a flat-screen TV/DVD player. The separate bedrooms have luxury linens, and all apartments have a modern bathroom. The stylish fitted kitchens feature an oven, microwave and refrigerator, and kitchenware is provided. Laundry and ironing facilities are available, and there is also a dining area. Glasgow City Flats have different locations in the city centre. All apartments are a few minutes walk from Glasgow Business District, and within a 10-minute walk of Buchanan Galleries Shopping Centre.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Glasgow City Flats in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the apartments are not located at 59 James Watt Street, this is the reservations office. Guests are kindly requested to contact Glasgow City Flats once they have made a reservation in order to arrange check-in. The apartments are located at various locations within the city centre. The apartments have no reception facility, therefore guests must contact Glasgow City Flats for key collection from the office between 10:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday, or by a meet-and-greet service at the apartment address you have booked. Check-in is from 14:30 until 20:00. Guests may also check-in after 20:00 by appointment only and prior arrangement. There is a late check-in fee of GBP 20 after 20:00, or GBP 30 after 22:00 - 0:00. Check-in after midnight is not possible. Please note that no guests under 25 years old can be accepted at the property unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Stag or hen parties cannot be accommodated. Events or parties may not be held in the apartments. Glasgow City Flats will charge GBP 100 breakage and incidentals deposit 14 days prior to arrival. This is returned, subject to a housekeeping check upon departure. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of departure from the apartment.
