Chalet spacieux et propre. Mobilier et salle de bain par très au gout du jour. Le restaurant du resort est très bon. Salle de jeu et billard. Ambiance sympathique. Nambucca est un endroit beau et semble-t-il très agréable (mais nous ne semble resté qu'une journée!)

We sporadically got this accommodation while eating lunch at the VWall Pavilion as we didnt want to leave Nambucca Heads. Literally 10 seconds out the door of the pub and you're on the property, 30 seconds walk to the beaches or the pool. The pool was wonderful, very clean and lots of outdoor furniture. The cabin was small and basic but well maintained and had everything we needed for a single night. AC unit worked very well however no ceiling fan in the bedroom and some rather 'loud' bedding made for a bit of an uncomfortable sleep. The bed itself was comfy but the room could use a ceiling fan as the room is quite too small to bring in your own pedistal fan if you had one. Staff were friendly and the area just has everything going for it! Will visit again!

I found the cabin i had was very good but a couple of things could be actioned on all i had my 90 year old ather with me and a ramp instead of steps would be better for all the shower was way too small as he needs help and the lounge chair was too low to the loor for him to get up out of he needed help to do so i am not sure if you have disabled cabins of the same layout and size that if all were set up to cater you would have a very top class resort for all

Reception staff were absolutely fantastic. Sooooo very helpful.

The outside lighting was bright in the bedroom as the blinds were not effective.

The cabin was very tidy and well situated. The chairs and lounge were a bit low. Hard to get in and out when you have knee or hip or even back issues. The area itself is a true holiday experience. Lovely beach's, waterways, fishing, places to eat .

What a great place to stay with the family. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The restaurant close by and big trampoline for the kids.

Gut the cabin and start with a decent bathroom.

Only annoying thing was having to use code number for leaving the site - surely doing this for entry is sufficient?

A family cabin close to the front of the property; very clean and comfortable. Excellent food options at the VWall Cafe and VWall Pavilion. We have already booked our next stay but with our caravan.

have been staying at white albatrossover many years there have been many great improvments to the park over the years and the cabin accomodation is great absolutely spotlessthroughout a credit to the cleaners its a peacfull and quiet park so close to town the tavern at the gate if you dont wish to cook especially if youve just arrived and set up camp also the camp kitchen is excellent and clean and the amenities also

It was value for money.

Being honest, Nambucca Heads was "just" a one night stop-over on my way from Sydney to Brisbane, but I could not have chosen any better place. I loved to walk "The V Walk" which is just aside the holiday park and leads to the beautiful small Wellington Beach. Furthermore, I recommend a breakfast at "The Alofa Sands Surf Club Cafe" which offers a stunning view onto the Main Beach.

It wasn't what l expected, needed 2 double beds not bunk beds as per booking. The place looks old need maintenance, Nambucca Heads Excellent place for holidays.

Fabulous beach

This is located in a very beautiful spot. Picturesque , surrounded by great views. We only discovered Nambucca early last year, but it's now a favourite place to stay. It should be on everyone's bucket list.

The budget rooms are ok but bedroom and so small

The unit itself was ok. Tiles were slippery on walking in as it was raining. There was a terrible smell coming from the drains which actually was quite unbearable. Staff said they’d let maintenance know. We ended up needing to stay an extra night but couldn’t deal with the smell so chose other accommodation.

View at price only gets you so far

The view and location where fantastic Unfortunately this cannot be said for the accomodation Stayed in a 2 bedroom spa cabin and was disappointed the moment we opened the door Stains all over the lounge, had to put a sheet over it, to make it feel half clean Blind x 1 didn’t even close properly, had to put a sheet over that No blackout blinds in lounge, only shade so anyone can see in at night Toilet had a revolting smell to it and tiles where filthy Bathroom had grout missing from tiles, cracked tiles, mould and more Looked like the cabin had put there in the early 90s and had not been maintained since Asking huge money for these, they should be ashamed They seriously need MAJOR updating if they are going to continue wanting these prices Would I stay again, no

Sadly we only stayed overnight transmitting to qld. Will definitely book again for a longer stay next time and enjoy all the facilities this amazing park has to offer. We stayed in a self contained cabin which was very clean and roomy with a nice surprise of coffee and milk supplied. We had a late check in and this was handled so smoothly. A code to get in the gate and access the safe for our cabin key was sent via sms in the afternoon and made our arrival less stressful. Highly recommend this holiday park.

Lovely caravan and camping park

As a solo traveler, this style of accommodation is not what I prefer, but I thought I'd give it a go. It is more suited to families with smaller children. Check-in was smooth, friendly and quick. The easy to access parking was right at the cabin, which is great. The cabin was approximately 40 feet long x 12 feet wide), with a good sized verandah overlooking the lagoon. Upon entering the cabin, there is living area comprising of lounge, kitchen and dining areas. A good sized refrigerator plus all you can need in the way of kitchen appliances. Next is a bunk bed walk through room adjacent to a compact bathroom with shower and toilet facilities. The main bedroom is at the far end with a queen size bed and just enough space to get around the bed. Storage areas and wardrobes are scattered throughout the cabin. I think for a family this would be suitable for a multiple night stay, but for me for one night it wasn't quite what I needed. There was a red and yellow garbage(s) right outside the bedroom, but luckily this didn't bother me after about 9:00pm.

Great location, great facilities. Cleanliness can be improved. The floor skirting on the bedroom has crack where insects (cockroach and then ants) came in

One of our cabins smelt of stale prawns. Upon reporting this to the front desk we were moved to a two bedroom apartment. Upgraded. All the staff were courteous, helpful and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Ingenia as a place to stay. James.

There are plenty of activities for children if youhave any. Stayed in cabin, cabin was clean & comfortable

Staff were all very friendly, cabin was immaculately clean and many facilities for all ages.Found the White Albatross was surrounded by many walking trails,different water facilities and parks.Was lucky enough to spot 3 dolphins surfing together and 5 different other ponds all in eyesight.

Our family of four 2 adults and 2 Children stayed in a standard cabin for one night. Nambucca was beautiful and the cabin was ideal. Small but cosy with a little kitchen. The V wall restaurant right next door was fantastic and the food was amazing! We will definitely be back.

Cabin was clean and tidy good value for money. Park was also very clean and well kept. Only improvement could be to put privacy screens on verandah’s.

Well run establishment, next door to a panoramic view and lifestyle

We stayed one night in a “Budget Cabin”. The cabin was small, as expected, but was well located in the park, very clean and with a comfortable bed. The bedroom was just an adequate size to take the bed, with little room to move around. I am about 185 cm tall (6’ 1”) and had to duck under the bedroom and bathroom doors. Despite this the cabin was very good, very clean and well presented and as presented on the website. The staff were particularly responsive and helpful with how to use the microwave, which was different from others we had commonly used. The park is in a beautiful location, well maintained and near a number of short walks.

Lovely area and the staff were so friendly

The property is in a great location and close to the beach. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. However, the air-conditioner smelt like fish when you turned it on and the sink had a hole in the plastic grate covering the drain so you had to be careful when placing items in the sink or it would fall down by the hole, i.e a vegetable peeler or knife. Toilet was was too close to the towel rack- so you would have to sit sideways on the seat to avoid touching the wall.

Stunning views

We booked a waterfront cabin, stunning views. Could have stayed a week. Front desk staff very efficient and helpful. Beach front area is beautiful, never been there before so will definitely return and with our fishing gear!! Only a one-nighter as part of a bigger trip.

What a view!! Very quiet and plenty of room for our family of 5. The cabin needs some updates & have some wear and tear, but the location makes up for it.

We loved our 2 night stay at Ingenia White Albatross. The staff went out if their way to make us feel comfortable, and the cabin was perfect- spacious and right on the water with amazing views. Had a lovely breaky from the V-Wall cafe on our verandah. The beds were comfortable, shower strong & hot, air con worked amazingly. Could not find a single fault. We will definitely be back!

The park was nice, the cabin nice, double bed comfy. The bunks were small and kids only. Tv up to date with Netflix. Normal appliances. Bathroom small and old with no vanity to place a toilet bag. Good water pressure and hot shower. Great deck onto lagoon. Nice walks around the rock wall.

How close to the beach it was lovely place

Wasnt sure what to expect as I found it to be good value but was very impressed with the location, the pool was lovley and the rooms clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Spot

Lovely cabin on the waterfront. Plenty of room for us, and very well-equipped. Nice deck with a view. Service was excellent - super-friendly staff at reception. Tavern attached to the Park has excellent meals.

Great spot on the water, paths all around for a nice walk. Pavilion nearby for food. Waterfront cabin, setting was beautiful overlooking water. The balcony has a table with stools but lacks privacy from neighbouring cabins. Whilst the cabin was mostly clean, the bed hadn’t been moved and vacuumed underneath for awhile. Overall, great place to stay!
