This modern air-conditioned apartment hotel, opened in 2005 and renovated in 2006, comprises 3 floors with a total of 30 apartments. There is a lobby with a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, and a 24-hour reception as well as wonderful gardens. Further facilities include a café, a games room, a cozy bar, and a restaurant. Guests may also make use of the Internet access for an added fee, along with the car park, room, and laundry services. Younger guests are offered a playground as well as a kids club (aged between 2-8).

This apartment hotel is situated at the heart of Fethiye-Öludeniz. The immediate vicinity offers restaurants, bars, and shops. A wonderful sandy beach is to be found 4 km from the hotel and it is 50 km to Dalaman airport.
