Check-in is available from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 10:30 am to 7:00 pm on Saturday. Reception is closed on Sunday. For arrivals outside these hours, please contact The Spires reception. A £250 security deposit is required before arrival via our secure online payment portal.
