It is a mere 3-minute ride downtown to Orchard Road; Singapore's shopping paradise, and Clarke Quay; a trendy riverside development with an exciting nightlife featuring a variety of restaurants, bars and riverside dining. Changi International Airport is about 20-minute drive away. This air-conditioned, 10-storey classic building comprises 88 apartments, including studios, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. A reception desk in the lobby provides guests with services, including arranging laundry and dry cleaning (fees apply). There is also an exclusive breakfast lounge where a light continental breakfast is available on weekdays, excluding public holidays. •Housekeeping services are available 3 times per week, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Other services include complimentary WIFI Internet access at the lobby, Early termination is not allowed, and no refunds are given for shortened stays. Non-refundable bookings require full payment upon reservation. Guests must present the same credit card used for booking and photo ID at check-in.
