65 km north-east of Kuopio, Lake Syväri 50 m, located on the shore of Petäjälahti bay, shallow, hard sandy bottomed shore, own boat.

Three-storey log house, built 2007, with 7 separate rooms and common area. Upstairs: 2 apartments, each with bedroom 2+1 beds (one with double bed), living room with mini-kitchen, washroom, WC, microwave, TV, CD player. Between the 2 apartments is a lounge area/library with a sofa and armchairs for 10 persons, as well as 2 extra beds.

Middle floor: three apartments, 2 of which have a bedroom 2 beds, mini-kitchen in living room area, washroom, WC, microwave, TV, CD player. The third apartment is a one-roomed flat with a bunk (1+1 beds) and a WC for disabled persons. The middle floor includes the chalet’s salon, which functions as either a conference room or a dining room. There is a good kitchen attached to the salon.

Downstairs: 2 apartments, each with 2 beds (one has a double bed), mini-kitchen, washroom, WC, microwave, TV, CD player. Downstairs there is also a room with a fireplace; flat-screen TV set, billiard table, DVD and CD players. Sauna with electric stove, washroom (5 showers). On the lake side of the chalet there is a full-sized terrace.

Lakeshore sauna (50 m²) with room with fireplace/kitchen, sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom, dressing room and large terrace. The building has an electric hot plate, electric fridge, heat-storing fireplace, hot and cold water, and 2 showers.

Note! The house is not rented for young folk.
