After a long and hot busy day at the theme parks, there is nothing better than returning home to relax by your own pool on a sunny Florida evening. Our allocated-on-arrival Disney Area Standard Homes offer guests their own private space to return to after exploring the Orlando area.
Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking we recommend pool heating during the months of October – April.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120. )

** If multiple bookings for one party are made collectively or individually there is no guarantee that the homes will be allocated in the same community. **
