Villa Olivo

This private villa is located 200 meters above Lake Garda, in the beautiful town of Brenzone. This is a quiet villa with a nice view. The area around the villa consists of olive trees. Here you can take a stroll and enjoy nature. The town of Brenzone is situated a few minutes away by car. The villa consists of two spacious apartments, each equipped with a balcony from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. The villa is accessible by a narrow road. It has a beautiful garden, with flowers and a parking area. This apartment is located on either the 1st or 2nd floor and has an area of about 90m². You can access the apartment via a stone staircase. Each apartment has a balcony with a table and chairs. From here you have a magnificent view of the lake. The house is simply but comfortably furnished and has central heating and a TV with satellite connection.
