There are a total of 74 apartments on offer, spread over 7 buildings with 3 and 4 floors. Facilities on offer on the complex include a 24-hour reception desk and a hotel safe, a bar and an air-conditioned e la carte restaurant. Guests may make use of the room and laundry services as well as medical assistance on offer within the hotel.This centrally located apartment complex is located in the tourist centre of Santa Ponsa, just a few minutes walk from the nearest beach (approximately 150 m). A selection of shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars are to be found in the vicinity (300 m radius) and links to the public transport network lie some 50 m from the hotel. The functional apartments each come with a combined living/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette with a fridge, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace. In addition, each comes with a direct dial telephone, a radio, satellite TV, individually controllable heating, air conditioning and a hire safe as standard. The apartments are cleaned 3 times per week. Within the complexe there is a freshwater swimming pool as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols and a pool/ snack bar. The nearest golf course is approximately 3 km from the complex. The pool area and bar have been refurbished at the beginning of 2012. There is a new luggage room and cloakrooms/showers at the disposal of our guests on their day of departure.
