General Information

The Playamar Apartments a full holiday apartment block with 23 floors and a total of 46 apartments. These south facing apartments enjoy a bright, sunny balcony and fantastic views of Benidorm and surrounding area, in a quiet location. On the ground floor, we have reception and bar area with a friendly atmosphere and English‐speaking staff. A pool table, various vending machines, a luggage room, laundry and free high‐speed wifi throughout the building and pool area. Our outside facilities include an adult’s swimming pool and separate children’s pool, surrounded by a sun terrace and gardens with free sunbeds, tables, chairs and shady gazebos. No mobility scooters allowed in the building. Enquire about our onsite Park & Charge scooter facilities.

Standard Apartment description

Approx. 46 m², comprises of one bedroom with two single beds, a lounge/dining room with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, bathroom with walk‐in shower, kitchen and large balcony. All bedding, towels and kitchen utensils are provided. There is a 28” led TV in each apartment with plenty of Spanish and English channels available. Cleaning service, towels and sheets changes are included/subject to length of stay (enquire at reception for frequency). Irons and hairdryers can be borrowed from reception. Air conditioning and safety deposit boxes available as options at an extra cost to book from Reception.

Location and how to find us

Approximately 60km from Alicante airport, the Playamar apartments are located in Zamora Street, in the Levante side of Benidorm close to Benidorm’s football training grounds. We are 1000m from the Levante beach and 1800m from Benidorm old town. There is a large supermarket, tobacconist and chemist on the adjacent street; we are next to the Wednesday/Sunday outdoor market. Less than a 10‐minute walk, (2‐minute taxi ride) from the busy nightlife. There's the Coconut Bar behind the apartments within the complex which serves all kinds of food from Spanish tapas to your typical English breakfast, ice creams, slush, cocktails and has barbecue evenings in July and August, in a great atmosphere with friendly staff.
