Apartments in San Antonio -- Affordable Accommodation

San Antonio or Sant Antoni de Portmany is the second-largest town on the hedonistic island of Ibiza. Known for its epic, world-famous clubs, Ibiza is a haven for party goers and people on the hunt for fun. All around San Antonio there are clubs, bars, and cafes to enjoy after dark, and a collection of great restaurants to refuel in. During the day, there are a number of sprawling sandy beaches perfect for catching up on some sleep on, or taking a lazy dip in the shallows. San Antonio is a hive of activity during the peak summer season, with millions of club-loving tourists flocking to its shores. In the lead up to summer and the months following it, the town is much quieter and opens its arms to travelling couples and those who are more interested with the beauty of the island than the menu of clubs it has to offer. Our selection of San Antonio apartments are ideal for travellers looking to discover every part of the town.

The Best Beaches in San Antonio

Aside from its clubs, San Antonio is known for its stunning selection of beaches that span the coastline.

Es Puet beach is a popular small stretch of sand with shallow water that's perfect for families. As well as a fun selection of water sporting opportunities available, there are also three snack bars that line the sand, and a number of bars and shops just across the promenade.

Playa S'Estanyol is also situated in the Bay of San Antonio and offers a collection of water sports, including pedaloes, banana boats, and other high-speed water-based adventures. The beach here is small and sandy, with shallow waters and a beach bar that serves up delicious BBQ food in the summer months.

The Bay of San Atonio is also home to Playa Pinet, a soft sandy beach with a beach bar that blasts out reggae music in the afternoons. If you're feeling peckish, there are two bars and a restaurant that overlook the sea.

Playa Xinxo (or Playa Bella as it's often known) is a curved stretch of golden sand that leads into calm, turquoise waters. Towards the back of the beach you'll find a complex filled with shops and bars to refuel in, and there are some great water sports to get stuck into in the afternoon.

At the western end of the bay there's Playa Port d'es Torrent, one of the more popular beaches in the resort. Here, the deep bay and calm waters are ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and diving. Surrounding the beach there is a pine forest and rugged rock formations that give it a natural, wild backdrop.

Our collection of apartments in San Antonio can be found surrounding all of these beaches, giving you easy access to water sports, the sea, and great sunbathing spots.

The Perfect Day in San Antonio Bay

Though Ibiza and San Antonio are renowned for their clubbing antics, there is plenty more to do in the resort for those who want a holiday filled with a little more than bright lights and loud music. From our San Antonio apartments, you can explore everything on offer, from the beaches, to the great restaurants, and the traditional nuances that etch the resort.

Start your day at the beach. The sandy shores are much quieter in the mornings, as most revelers are still catching up on their beauty sleep. Check out one of the coves along the bay and spend the morning swimming, sunbathing, and trying your hand at some fast-paced water sports. When lunchtime nears, dip into one of the beachfront bars to grab a bite to eat and marvel at the beautiful sea views.

Later on, you might want to browse the shops as the beaches start to fill up. You can duck into the artisan stores and boutiques that line the promenade and the wide boulevards further inland, or take a walk along the bay.

As the sun begins to set you'll want to head to the "sunset strip", a place famed for its excellent views of the sunset. Grab a spot in one of the beach bars and order a cocktail whilst the sky fills with an inky red colour, and enjoy some of the live music that fills the resort in the early evening hours.

Afterwards you'll probably want to grab something to eat. There are plenty of great restaurants peppered around the resort, including many with covered terraces along the bay. Tuck into some seafood or some international cuisine before immersing yourself in Ibiza's infamous nightlife. There are several high-end clubs to choose from, but before these open in the early hours of the morning, you might want to pass some time in one of the quieter bars or pubs that are dotted around. Whatever you do, it'll be a great way to get to know the lively nature of San Antonio after dark.
