Magaluf might well have been labelled as a raucous holiday resort, but the times are changing. There are plans for a huge renovation to bring arts and culture back to the town, as well as a proposed public drinking ban. Aside from its reputation, Magaluf is actually a lovely destination with sprawling beaches and sparkling blue waters. In the town itself there are plenty of traditional Spanish restaurants, bars, and cafes to enjoy in the warm summer sun, as well as plenty of activities to get stuck into in the resort and in the beautiful surrounding scenery. There's a bit of something for everyone in Magaluf, whether you're looking to let your hair down and enjoy the hedonistic atmosphere or indulge in some fast-paced outdoor adventures. Our Magaluf apartments are the perfect way to discover the many different sides of the resort, giving you easy access to the beaches, the town, and everything on offer.

Making Your Way to Magaluf from the Airport

Getting to Magaluf from Palma Airport is easy thanks to a number of cheap and quick transport options. The bus is a popular choice for budget travelers. Firstly, you take the Palma Airport bus to the Plaza de Espana bus station in the centre of Palma, and from there you can hop on a bus to Magaluf. Buses from the airport leave every 15 minutes, whilst the buses to Magaluf leave regularly throughout the day.

Alternatively, you can grab a taxi from the airport terminals. Journeys are relatively inexpensive, and you'll get to experience some of the island's beautiful scenery along the way. Or, you can hire a car at the airport and make your own way to Magaluf. This tends to be a popular option, because you can stop off along the way at towns and attractions that pique your interest.
Apartments in Magaluf – Magaluf Accommodation

Magaluf Accommodation

Thanks to its reputation as a sun-seeking, party-going holiday destination, Magaluf accommodation mainly consists of high-rise hotels that overlook the beaches and are within close walking distance of all the major clubs and attractions. Elsewhere, though, you can find smaller, boutique hotels that cater to an upmarket audience, hostels that are perfect for budget travellers, and a selection of authentic guesthouses dotted on the outskirts of the resort. Throughout the streets, there are also plenty of self-catering apartments that offer a unique way to explore the resort, and spacious studios that span the length of the white sand beaches. Magaluf has tons of accommodation options, so there'll be something to suit your needs, whatever it is you're looking for.

Active Adventures in Magaluf

Magaluf's selection of things to do are very much catered to the carefree, adrenalin-seeking individual. For the adventurous traveler there are plenty of fun activities to get stuck into, including hitting the waves on a jet ski or driving your own speedboat around the rugged coastline.

For inland active adventures, there's caving through the complex underground cave system, abseiling from some of the higher peaks in the region, and cliff jumping if you really want to let off some steam.

Elsewhere, you can try your hand at go karting in the outdoor go karting track and challenge your friends and family to a race, or go undercover and play some paintball.

For the more laidback traveler, there's a nine-hole golf course to enjoy, cruises that take you around the coastline so you can explore Magaluf from a different perspective, water parks filled with fun rides, flumes, and swimming pools for all the family, and flamenco classes, where you can really get to know an important part of Spanish culture.

Regardless of what kind of adventure you're on the hunt for, our apartments in Magaluf are the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day. We have a range of spacious studios and budget holiday rentals that are ideal for every kind of adventure.

The Famous Nightlife of Magaluf

It's difficult to go to Magaluf and not experience the vibrant nightlife that descends on the resort after dark. With hundreds of world-famous clubs dotted around its streets, it really is the perfect place for hedonists to unwind to the thrumming sound of dance music and knock back cheap drinks until the early hours of the morning.

The club scene itself caters to a whole range of different tastes, so if you're not into the heavy beats of dance music, there are plenty of other options to enjoy, including live music played in intimate bars and pop music blaring out of multi-storey venues.

It's the Punta Balena strip where all the magic happens -- a length of road that's literally filled to the brim with the resorts best nightclubs and bars. BCM , the largest club on Mallorca, is located here, and retains its status as one of the most popular clubs on the island. There are regular theme nights here, including foam extravaganzas and neon paint parties. There are plenty of famous DJs that grace the clubs of Magaluf with their presence during the summer months (kind of like a smaller version of Ibiza), and there are a selection of quirkily themed bars to check out, including The Baywatch Bar , which hosts an endless party atmosphere, and the Eastenders Bar, which serves up a great all day breakfast to refuel with the day after.

Many of our Magaluf apartments can be found within walking distance of some of the resort's best clubs, but you can always find a bar or two close to wherever you're staying.

Family Fun in Magaluf

But Magaluf isn't all party, party, party. In fact, it's a great destination for families, with a number of fun days out. The Western Water Park is a firm favourite with its Frontier theme. Here, as well as a selection of rides and pools, there are also daily shows and performances for all the family.

In addition, there's Katmandu Park, an interactive theme park that boasts an eclectic array of adrenalin-pumping rides for kids and adults.
