Arriving in Berlin

The Berlin Schonefeld Airport is the main hub that services the city. It's located on the outskirts of Berlin and is well-connected to the city centre. Firstly, there's the Schonefeld train station which has quick, direct links into Berlin as well as surrounding areas, and there's the local S-Bahn and regular buses that travel from the airport into town. There is also an Airport Express Train which runs between the airport and Berlin-Charlottenberg every 30 minutes. In addition, there is a busy taxi rank directly outside of the terminal.

A new, larger airport, the Airport Berlin Brandenburg is currently in construction and will take over as the main arrivals hub in the city when it's ready.
