First Class Residence is just 500 metres from the Winterberg Toboggan Run. Decorated in neutral colours, First Class Residence offers modern furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Comforts include a flat-screen TV, a sofa and a washing machine. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, where home-cooked meals can be prepared. Guests can also enjoy meals at one of the many restaurants and cafés located in the town centre, 2.5 km away. The ski lifts are a 10-minute walk from First Class Residence, and it is just 3 minutes to the Rothaarsteig hiking trail.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let First Class Residence know your expected arrival time in advance. Bedding and handtowel are available for an extra fee. Please note that a damages and cleaning deposit is required and will be refunded based on the condition the apartment is left in.
