Description

The house counts with a private 6x3m chlorine pool, with a depth between 1-1,5m. The paved terrace invites you to slumber on one of the 4 sunloungers, enjoying the mediterranean clima which Mallorca offers, or to some relaxed conversation with your family, at the exterior dining table, while you prepare a tasteful barbecue. The garden is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

It is a two-storey 160m2 house equipped with air conditioning. On the ground floor you will find a luminous living- and dining room with a comfortable sofa to watch satellite TV or use the internet with the wifi, as well as a dining table for 8. The independent kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an electric oven, a dish washer and all kinds of utensils to prepare great meals during your stay. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, while the fourth bedroom is situated on the first floor. All bedrooms count with 2 individual beds, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub.

Despite the quiet location you can reach the lively center of Can Picafort and the fine sandy beach within walking distance. In Can Picafort you will find everything you need on holiday. There are supermarkets, gas stations, bars, restaurants, shops, banks and pharmacies. From the harbor you can take a boat for a day trip!

The beach of Can Piacfort is part of Alcudia Bay, a long coast where promenade and natural dune beach are alternating. You can explore Albufera de Alcudia, Capellans beach, Son Bauló and Sa Cánova. The old town of Alcudia with its romantic cobblestone streets can easily be reached by car or bus.
