Start your day with a large breakfast at the front terrace with big dining table on the lower floor. A mobile barbecue is perfect for cooking delicious meals outside. As this chalet is in the village, there are next door neighbours.

The interiors of this chalet surprise our guests with mellow colors mixed with nice paintings and parquet flooring. The colorful living area is open to the kitchen and the dining area. Take seat on the spacious sofa, watch a film (satellite-TV) or just have a nap. If you like cooking, the kitchen features a vitro hob, an oven, a microwave and much more. The laundry room comes with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Two twin bedrooms and a shower bath are on the ground floor. The first storey offers a cozy living area with TV, small dining table for 4 people and a furnished terrace. Furthermore, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower complete the equipment of the first floor. The second and last floor comprises in another small living room with TV and table with 2 chairs as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds, shower bath en-suite and a fantastic terrace with sea views.

This design-villa is just 280 meters from the Mediterranean and the harbor. A nice walk in the evening on the sea promenade and a romantic dinner outside are perfect to finish your day. The natural sand beach of Son Serra de Marina is 1.8 km form the house and you can walk or drive there. Son Serra de Marina is known as a quiet and lovely place. Services and supermarkets are located in Can Picafort.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55?/night and guest during the low season and 2.2?/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.


Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
