The exterior area of this beautiful two-storey house offers a wonderful terrace with all you need to enjoy your deserved vacation in this extraordinary island. Here, you can enjoy a delicious and energising breakfast early in the morning while admiring the sunrise over the sea. Then, just relax with a good reading on any of the 3 sun loungers. But the best of it all is that only 4 steps down you find the great salt pool. It sizes 6 x 3 metres and the water depth goes from 1.2 to 1.5 metres. Imagine that you can swim either in the sea or in the pool whenever you want and then just cook a barbecue for the best end of the day! There also is a shower outside to wash off the salt from the sea.

Inside, the house boasts a special style combining modern with the charm of a real home. The open living - dining - kitchen, with AC, is beautiful and helpful because you can cook your best recipes on the ceramic cooktop while enjoying an appetiser and chatting or watching the TV-sat from the sofa. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The property has 4 bedrooms where you can rest at night. One has a double bed, wardrobe and fan and is located on the main floor. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. One has twin beds, fan and space for a baby cot -a high chair also is available-. The other two bedrooms offer a double bed, wardrobe and direct access to the balcony. Then you will find 3 shower bathrooms, one on each floor, and one which is en-suite.

The location of this accommodation is perfect since it is on a quiet residential area and near the sea which is only 400 metres away. There are some bars and restaurants near the shore at the end of the village. You can rent a paddle surf board and practice the water sport now in style. Can Picafort is a much livelier area and here you will be able to enjoy the typical "paella" in a restaurant right on the beach sand.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55?/night and guest during the low season and 2.2?/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
