Le Residenze Sole offers simple, self-catering apartments in different buildings of San Teodoro, each located maximum 1.5 km from the beach. Each apartment has a garden, a patio, or a balcony. The apartments of the Sole feature a private bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchenette. Each unit includes free parking. A member of staff will show you to your apartment after check-in. In San Teodoro you will find shops, restaurants, and sports facilities. You can rent sun beds and parasols on the beach.

Please inform Le Residenze Sole in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: MT Mare Terra, Via Sardegna angolo via Gramsci, 08020 San Teodoro. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a deposit of EUR 100 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
