The whole villa has a rustic but very welcoming atmosphere and is an excellent choice for those seeking relaxation. Sit down and relax: the living area offers you a comfortable sofa to read a good book or watch TV. There is one air conditioning system in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped. You could easily park for free on the street in front of the house without cost.
The garden is real jewel: a green oasis full of flowers, trees and other kind of plants. The fountain and other lovely details give a romantic touch to the garden. The plot is fenced and surrounded by hedges. The spacious, furnished terrace is the right place to celebrate a nice dinner with the whole family. You will find also a BBQ ? perfect for your garden parties! The private pool has a size of 11 x 5 meters and is located right in front of the house. As the house is situated in a urbanization, there are direct neighbours, but the hedges protect you perfectly.
You will reach the next sand beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro in about 20 minutes drive. The fine grained sand and the moderate swell make it a perfect destination for families with toddlers.
A short drive will take you to the genuine village of Pollença. A long time ago lots of artists and writers resided there and you can still feel their spirit when strolling through the small cobbled streets. The most well-known sightseeing spots in Pollença are the roman bridge and the Calvari, which is a tiny church on the top of a hill in the middle of Pollença. You have to climb up 365 steps to get there but the views are really worth it!
